Cadet Promotions Track Report

Cadets can check the status of their progress on their current achievement and see what they still need to promote.

Log into eServices and select the menu in the upper left corner.

Open the Cadet Programs menu and select Cadet Promotions Track Report:

Your achievements will be listed in order with your current one at the bottom of the list:

  • The top blue banner shows your name and capid, your email address, the date you joined CAP, and the date you are eligible to promote (56 days after your previous promotion).
  • The achievements/milestones are listed in the left most column, with the date you completed that achievement.  The graduation cap symbol next to an achievement indicates an honor credit for completing both the test and interactive module for Leadership and Aerospace.  You are allowed to revisit previously completed achievements to complete the honor credit.  You are allowed to wear a silve star on your ribbon for that achievement if you have earned honor credit.
  • The next column shows when you completed the Cadet Physical Fitness Test CPFT.  Please be aware that CPFT results are only good for 6 months, so if you haven’t completed a CPFT in the last 6 months, it may show up here and be accepted, but it may not.  It is also possible that if you have completed a newer CPFT, the older date will still appear.  If you have any questions about whether or not your CPFT credit is valid, please contact a Senior Cadet Programs officer.
  • The next three columns are the Leadership, Drill, and Aerospace requirements, with dates (scores) of completed tests and interactive modules (where applicable).
  • After that is the Character Development requirement, which can only be completed by participating in a Character Forum offered once a month during a squadron meeting.
  • The Other Group lists the Active Participation, Oath, Uniform, and Leadership Expectations completion dates.  These items will be covered during your Promotion Board and are the final step to be promoted.
  • The Special Activity column shows any ‘extra’ requirement for Phase 1 and 2 cadets:  The Cadet Welcome Course for new cadets and essay and speech requirements for C/CMSgt promotions.
  • The last column is the Staff Duty Assignment requirement for Cadet Officers.
  • In the various columns, a barred circle means that requirement does not pertain to the achievement (for example, Achievement 1 and Wright Brothers Milestone do not have an Aerospace requirement.  A red X indicates a required item has not been completed/recorded.

Please use this report to track your progress and make sure you aren’t missing out on a promotion because of a simple oversight.
